I’ve never written a negative review before, but my experience at the salon was terrible. Mona gave me a wavy blow-dry, and when I left, I discovered burnt strands. When I went back and asked for a refund, she denied it was her fault and claimed my hair was dyed (I’ve been dyeing and curling my hair for over six years, and this has never happened before). It was a terrible way to handle the situation, but the salon owner tried to fix it and offered a refund and a treatment. I absolutely do not recommend this salon, especially with Mona.
