I’ve been a customer of this place for a long time, and I can’t deny that their products are good despite the higher prices compared to the rest of the market. On June 2nd, I bought two pairs of shoes for myself, the ones in this picture. Exactly a month and a half later, on July 19th, I was shocked to find a tear in the sole like this. The fact that the sole can tear like this at the seam indicates poor quality material or faulty stitching. Unfortunately, when I messaged them on Instagram, they told me they would get back to me within three days. And indeed, the reply I received was that they couldn’t do anything because the exchange and return period had passed. This response upset me, especially since I’m not even 1% at fault for what happened. I only wear them to work in the office and then go home. The proof is in the other pair of shoes I bought and the ones I bought before, which are still going strong. But from my very first experience with their after-sales service, I was shocked by their lack of professionalism. Just an apology, which is not acceptable to me because my problem was not solved. This was my personal experience with them. They are good people to deal with, but their after-sales service has more than one point of concern that I hope they will fix in the future.
