The manager was incredibly rude.
He placed a piece of clothing at the exit gate as I was passing through, just to set off the alarm so he could stop me and search me. When I took out the items in my bag, he was even more rude, asking why I hadn’t left it at the lost and found and blaming me for stopping me and searching me. He resorted to such a cheap trick, even though they don’t have a lost and found or a lost and found employee.
I filed a complaint online, but no one contacted me.
A disgusting experience. If you’re treated badly by the staff, the company won’t care, and it’ll just be ignored.
Overall, a low-class place.
