Genuinely the worst experience I’ve ever had in my life.
I visited them twice and both times it was terrible.
1st time I wanted to dye my hair, I showed them multiple pictures and sat through a consultant to make sure they can do what I want. They did something entire different in the end and overcharged me after we had agreed on a price.
2nd time I only wanted to trim the ends and not change my current haircut. They RUINED my hair. I had to go to someone else to fix what they did and they had to take a lot of hair off to be able to salvage it. I don’t even know why I bothered to go a second time. Definitely won’t be doing the same mistake again. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

Also they won’t tell you any prices over the phone which is honestly very sketchy
