A humiliating and disgusting experience. I went in to try some regular perfumes, and the employees looked at me with contempt and spoke to me rudely. They followed me around the store and watched me like I was a thief, and when I sprayed some on my skin, they stopped me and told me to just stick it to paper. One of them kept making fun of me and following me. This behavior is disrespectful and unacceptable. I will never go there again, and I’m warning everyone there.

We had a wallet with a defect that was returned, and you told us to return it to the Mazaya San Stefano branch in Alexandria on November 30th.
For three days, we’ve been trying to contact Waleed, who’s supposed to be following up with us, but he’s not answering, and there’s no response to your phone numbers either.
What are we supposed to understand from this? You took our defective and damaged items and you’re not responding so we can get our money back? Again, what are we supposed to understand from this?
