I went to buy porcelain tiles for my house. I chose samples and looked for someone to help me. There were only two people working on the ground floor. After a while, one of them came, but he didn’t seem interested in working. I asked him, and he took the codes. The response was that none of the Spanish porcelain tiles we had chosen were available.
He told us about two types, and we asked him if someone could put the design on a computer so we could see if it would work. I had visited the showroom before, photographed the tiles I liked, and put them in ChatGpt. The design was excellent, and I was going to buy them this time. The designer from Mazloum took us up to the top floor, to an office without air conditioning. She opened a design program that was, to say the least, 1900. The tiles are placed in almost 1D quality on a white program layout, meaning there’s nothing next to them that matches the house’s decor or the surrounding area. You can imagine how it looked. The layout was completely unsuitable. I thanked him and left, even though they were the reason I left because they said four of the options were unavailable.
My wife and I were getting into our car when the salesman approached me and said, “You didn’t say you were leaving.” I told him I had already said thank you and left. He said, “You wasted my time, and this design costs money.” I said, “Why didn’t you tell me it costs money? Come here, my friend, and I’ll pay you, no problem.” He was agitated and raising his voice in the street, acting like a bully. I don’t know why, even though I wasn’t objecting to the payment or anything else, regardless of the poor design and the fact that the items weren’t available and were displayed in the showroom.
I don’t understand who wasted their time or who is still dealing with such a low level of service.
