Punctuality, honesty, and extremely polite and respectful staff; truly one of the cleanest showrooms we’ve dealt with.

Correction. Mecano contacted us and the problem was resolved. Many thanks for their follow-up and commitment to providing the best service.
I can confidently say I will definitely use Mecano again.
If you are in Cairo and have free time, choose them, as their workshop is in Damietta. I experienced a ten-day delay in my appointment. They came to assemble the bedroom set but forgot the bed mechanism. After numerous phone calls, they finally came ten days later and installed it.
To be fair, Mr. Ibrahim, the installation technician, is truly dedicated and helpful. Many thanks to Mr. Ibrahim, the installation technician, once again.
