Clean place and the workers were so accommodating! Perfect place for a bigger family. Only drawback is that I wish there was a cleaning service for the rooms every other day or so. Bob was always super helpful

Maggie was amazing and cleaned very nicley . The hotel is located in a fairly good spot and the rooms and spacious and comfortable . If I come to Cairo again I will for sure stay here again . Bob was great .

It is one of the best places in terms of comfort and safety, and its proximity to all heritage and historical sites makes it a stronghold in the heart of the city. I especially thank Mr. Bob and Mr. Paula for their wonderful service.

Our unit was clean spacious
Can’t really say we enjoyed the wet rooms though (seems common in middle east an also cairo)
Place can easily achieve 4stars even 5stars with minimal effort
Thorough and regular broom and mop would be a good place to start

The hotel is very nice and beautiful, ideal for those looking to relax in a calm atmosphere. The design and cleanliness are excellent – rooms are clean with amazing service! Especially from pola. We would definitely visit again
