The center employed deceptive marketing tactics, obtaining the phone numbers and names of Sudanese lawyers without their consent and adding them to a WhatsApp group, creating a list of 266 people. Each person who paid the fees was then added to another list, which was shared with others to encourage them to pay as well, thus avoiding the feeling of being left behind.
