Unacceptable and unsafe experience – cancelled at 4AM and left alone on the street
We arrived at this hotel at 4:00 AM, exhausted after traveling, only to be told that our room had “problems” and was not available. No prior warning, no clear explanation, and no alternative solution offered.
To make matters worse, the hotel is extremely difficult to find:
there are no visible signs, no clear entrance, nothing. At 4AM, we were forced to ask people in the street for directions, which made us feel very unsafe.
This was the second hotel in Cairo that cancelled on us without a valid reason, and what makes this completely unacceptable is that we were a group of girls left alone in the middle of the night, in an unfamiliar area, with no support.
The staff showed zero sense of responsibility, urgency, or concern for guest safety.
There was:
• No room provided
• No help finding another hotel
• No real apology that acknowledged how serious the situation was
Leaving paying guests stranded at 4AM is not just bad service — it is irresponsible and dangerous. A hotel has a basic duty of care, especially for late-night arrivals.
I would strongly advise against booking this hotel, particularly for women or anyone arriving at night. Reliability, organization, and basic safety were completely lacking.

My wife and I stayed here for 17 days and we are incredibly happy with the staff, service, room quality and location of this hotel. In the heart of the tourist area, this hotel was perfect for our trip. We originally booked only 4 nights but after loving our stay, we extended to 17 days instead of going to a different hotel. The staff accommodated us beautifully with this request. Mina, Batool and Saima were amazing staff members – as an elderly couple, they treated us like we were their parents. Mina especially was so kind and respectful, every day she would check on us and offer us her service from snacks to water to breakfast arrangements to uber ride bookings, even asking us if we arrived to our tourist destinations safely. We are immensely impressed and grateful for the professionalism of the whole team. As international guests, we felt safe which was a big priority for us. Thank you everyone for your special care and service, we will never forget you! God bless you all!

Very dirty room
When coming we founded pieces of ships on the beds under the covers and a lot of hear on the pillow that means they do not change the covers from one client to another
We stayed for 4 nights and there is no room service they did not change the towels and not even pick up the trash
We tried to take a shower and it became a swimming pool, the sanitary is blocked
We asked for a late check out, the receptionist proposed 500 EP when we went again to pay we founded an other guy and he asked for 1000EP.
We paid 950EP and we were supposed to be able to stay until midnight but from the beginning we said that we will stay until 08pm and then one other guy started harass us from 06pm to get out from the room.
Also very poor breakfast served on dirty tables in dirty plate.

I can’t express how grateful I am to all the staff here. We had a terrible night and arrived after check in hours and they were able to get us in. Everyone was super friendly and helpful. Breakfast is super delicious 😋 with a nice view to downtown cairo. This hotel is at the center of it all. Super recommended
