Their treatment is terrible, and they refuse to contract indirectly. No matter what treatment is available, they say it’s not. I ordered four types of medication and vitamins; it’s completely unbelievable that they’re all unavailable and that they can’t get them from another branch. Besides driving customers away, I’ve experienced this more than once.

I placed an order, and after two hours of calling customer service, the branch called me back and said the delivery would take half an hour.
So if you urgently need medication, please don’t call them.
