Glowy Shine
My daughter’s hair was ruined after she got dyed and highlighted, and her hair was cut. The ends were very dry, a lot of it looked like straw, and she’s only the same age. She dyed her hair… I should have learned my lesson and not repeated my experience last year. I went there and had the same problem, losing a lot of hair, and it all got cut because of your dye. They don’t even bother to use a hair mask. It’s expensive, but that’s not the problem as much as losing my hair. Also, the place for veiled women is extremely hot; there’s no air conditioning. You’re the worst hairdresser!

👎Terrible (extremely bad). The stylist skipped the moisturizer/conditioner, which should restore moisture to the hair. Because of this, my hair is rough at the ends and is being damaged. She told me, after straightening, that it would go back to normal, but after some research, I found out that it is most certainly damage. The most obvious thing to do after trying to lighten the hair color for lighter dyes and shampooing is to add moisturizer before trying anything with heat. Very disappointed overall, with about 2 inches or more of my hair damaged. The stylist said it was due to previous heat strain on the ends, but it doesn’t seem to be the case because it wasn’t done very often. 😮💨
