Unfortunately, I had a very bad experience. I came in for permanent lash extensions and had clearly explained over the phone what I wanted. I confirmed it again with the employee before being asked to wait 1.5 hours for my turn.
After waiting for 3 hours and making several polite inquiries, they finally realized they don’t offer 1:1 lash extensions. The employee then quickly did my eyebrows, but it was obvious this wasn’t her best work, and she treated me in an unfriendly manner.
I’m very disappointed and sad about the result, especially with Eid coming up.
