I bought a jerrycan the day before yesterday, and Mobil Natural insures the jerrycan with a barcode written on the back of the red strip. You scan it on the Mobilawy app, and it gives you points, which confirms the jerrycan is safe. When I tried to use the barcode, the app said it had already been used. I called the company and explained the problem. They checked the barcode with me and it turned out the code had been used a year ago with a different number. They told me the jerrycan was counterfeit and should return it, but when I went, they refused to take it back.

Attached are photos from inside the station, photos of the jerrycan alongside other jerrycans of the same product with the same expiration date (so no one can claim I didn’t buy it from them or ask how I can be sure it’s from them), a photo of the purchase receipt, and a screenshot from the Mobilawy app showing the code had been used before.
