Unreliable and faulty devices.
I bought a watch that wouldn’t charge, so I returned it the next day and exchanged it. Another one broke after five days as soon as I washed my hands with it, even though they advertised it as waterproof. Lies upon lies.

I bought a battery pack online from them, and their after-sales service is the worst imaginable. Their call center isn’t answering me, and when I contacted the manager, he told me the problem wasn’t with them and that the device only works with the iPhone 15 Pro. He said it was my fault for buying it without having a 15 Pro, and they refused to let me return the product and hung up on me. They’re running fake offers, and their videos are only for sales.
