To be honest, A Star is overrated based on my experience.
I have never had my hair look this bad at a wedding. The hairstyle was supposed to be wavy, but it turned almost straight within minutes, even though my hair naturally holds curls well. It seemed that only a basic hairspray was used, with no consideration for stronger products that provide proper hold.
Unfortunately, the poor hairstyling experience was not the main issue. The attitude of some of the staff, along with inappropriate flirting, crossed professional boundaries and made the experience very uncomfortable.
Overall, I found the service unprofessional and disappointing.
