Worst experience ever. I used to go to this salon a couple of years ago and it was top notch, but now unfortunately its quality is horrible and the Zayed branch manager is a failure honestly. He’s very rude and didn’t know how to properly manage a branch.

Their quality of service has significantly decreased over the last couple of years. They have no decency whatsoever. I haven’t been going to them for 2-3 years and today my experience proved why I took that decision in the first place.

Never coming back. Did my hair with Kirolos on Friday and despite telling him he is burning my hair he kept going and justifying the use of excessive heat. Hair still smells burnt after multiple washes and is damaged. Can’t reach them on the phone. Disgusting and not to be trusted.

Very poor service and craftsmanship. I visited the ladies’ branch to get my hair done, and the stylist spent less than five minutes blow-drying only the top part of my hair, and the result was very low quality. She then used a straightener, claiming it would look better, but she clearly did not know how to create waves properly. Overall, the service was extremely disappointing and unprofessional.
