The entire insurance system is a complete mess. There’s no oversight, no care, no system, and no consideration for elderly people who have spent their lives paying for the medical services they receive in their old age, only to be met with utter disrespect and rudeness. There are no committed doctors, no suitable facilities for patients, and not even working equipment. May God hold the entire insurance system accountable. May God protect us from what people see every day because there’s no oversight and nobody is doing their job.

There are many respectable people… The place was better… Unfortunately, the two elevators are out of order, and the stairs are the only way to escape. This is a punishment for your illness, as the more severe the illness, the more intense the suffering. You might have to climb more than once to complete the paperwork, especially to the seventh floor… It’s not easy for you to respect people like yourself; the job requires it… I saw a heart patient pleading for someone with compassion to take pity on him and climb instead, even though the entire examination is expensive!!! May God have mercy on us from blindness of heart.

The service is extremely poor, as is the case in all health insurance clinics and hospitals, whether for students, pensioners, or employees. The overcrowding is unbearable, both on the stairs and in the waiting areas, and two elevators are always out of order!
To reach the fifth floor, you have to climb the stairs until you’re exhausted, as if it’s a sin to be sick or accompanying a sick person.
Are patients supposed to climb the stairs?
Are the elderly supposed to climb all those stairs?
These matters require clarification and intervention from higher-ranking officials in the Health Directorate to alleviate the suffering of patients, the elderly, and their companions.

The esteemed doctor arrived at the clinic after 11 AM.
She lacks professional ethics, being preoccupied with her phone and locking herself in, neglecting patients whose blood sugar levels could suddenly drop. She seems completely unresponsive and irresponsible.
Where is the oversight of these people? How can they be in places like this, risking children’s lives? By what right?
