Worst place ever they are so unprofessional at all they ruined my hair twice i don’t recommend it at all .. and i tried 5 of the staff most of they ate not professional

One of the worst places administratively. They write that they close at 12, but they close at 11, and their service is awful.

I used to be a customer there, but I won’t go anymore.
The cleanliness of the place is bad
The price is high — I don’t mind that — but at least the service should be good.
All they care about is selling you their products, and they even pressure you into buying.
The same thing happened during my last two visits, so I’ve decided not to go again.
I don’t recommend it to anyone — you’ll just be wasting your money.

THEY CAN’T CUT CURLY HAIR PROPERLY
Price: Very overpriced compared to the quality.
Customer service: The barber made me feel unwelcome.
Comment: I came back home, and the haircut looked good. Then I washed my hair to find out that the barber cut my hair unevenly. I was truly shocked as I went to other barbers, cheaper ones actually, and I’ve never experienced this problem.
Definitely won’t be coming back.
And by the way, every hair cut they post on their social media is for striaght to mildly curly hair, and now I know why.

I asked the barber for a specific haircut, but he didn’t follow my request. I had to ask for corrections multiple times, yet he still didn’t get it right.
Then, I requested a deep skin cleaning, but he tried to upsell me a more expensive service. When I refused, he gave me misleading information to convince me otherwise. I insisted on my original request, and we proceeded with the deep cleaning—but it was far from deep. He finished in less than 15 minutes, unlike the proper deep cleaning I’ve had at another branch.
I won’t mention the barber’s name to avoid issues, but your staff should be honest and professional. Customers should receive services that truly benefit them, not just those that bring in more money. Building loyal customers is better than making a quick profit.
