A very bad experience and a terrible place, and I don’t recommend it. Mohamed Francis’s treatment was awful, as was the staff’s.
All the place cares about is collecting money, with no regard for customer satisfaction or the quality of work.
In addition, most of the staff are incompetent, and the prices are very high compared to the poor service and the extremely poor cleanliness.
An experience I will never repeat, and I don’t recommend it to anyone.

I went there yesterday not very clean and they use used towels. Also no proper place or sink for ladies who wears scarfs. Very disappointed as the management and the manager have bad customer services and don’t apologise to customers. However, their work is good and the female staff were friendly and understanding.
