I’ve been here a couple of times, and it’s always been a pleasant experience. What really stands out is the staff. They’re genuinely friendly, attentive, and make the place feel welcoming without trying too hard.
The place has a creative vibe. Even though it’s part of a larger space rather than a standalone café, it still feels cozy and surprisingly relaxing.
The San Sebastian cheesecake was excellent. It was fresh, rich, and perfectly balanced. The taro was easily one of my favorites, and the espresso was smooth with a well rounded flavor.
I also appreciated the presentation. Everything looked neat and thoughtfully served, which made the whole experience even better.
Overall, it’s one of those places that gets the little details right. Great service, quality drinks and desserts, and an atmosphere that makes you want to stay a little longer. I’ll definitely be coming back.

Very bad service, and the employee named Badallah does not know anything about his work and was not able to provide my order correctly, and he says, “This is correct,” and I order the same thing every day. This is the last transaction in the Mall of Egypt branch, which was extremely bad.
