Do not waste your money in this shitty place, they suck on so many level that I can’t even explain, the costumer service is terrible, anything related to labour is beyond terrible, like I asked them to fix a faucet, they actually broke it even more, electricity and water are not available they get cut off a lot, their e-move and e-power are beyond disgusting…0 management, 0 costumer handling, and whomever built this compound is definitely not an engineer, let’s start with their underground parkings which are filled with leakage (all around the load bearing pillars) of course not to mention how terrible the entrances and exists are, oh also the streets started to have pit-holes as well, this is a “compound” that was just built btw…..STAY AWAY FROM THIS SHITTY TERRIBLE DEVELOPER EVEN IF THEY GIVE YOU THE HOUSE FOR FREE RUN AWAY, RUN FAR

I am very disappointed with the garage/security management at Mountain View. A car has been parked incorrectly across the garage driving lane for around 12 hours, blocking the normal flow of traffic and creating a safety risk for residents, cars, and pedestrians.
This is not a proper parking spot. The lane has clear directional arrows, yet the car was left there for hours without proper action from security or management. In case of an emergency, this kind of obstruction could cause serious problems.
The issue is not only the driver, it is the lack of enforcement. Garage rules should be applied clearly and immediately, especially when a vehicle is blocking access.
I hope management takes this seriously and improves supervision inside the garage.

The company delay the delivery date for 5 years also change master plane they built most green areas to got more profit they cut my villa garden 20 m to make extra parking and want to return the money after 9 years . They looking for profit only . Water fall in most parking. Very poor com. Don’t advice any one to buy from Mountain View at all
