We’ve had a fantastic experience so far at the Mövenpick Media City in Cairo. From the moment we arrived, the staff welcomed us warmly, unloading all of our luggage without hesitation. They thoughtfully stored some items and took the rest directly to our room. To our delight, we were kindly upgraded to a beautiful room near the kids’ water park, which has been perfect for our family. Islam, who assisted us, was exceptional—he made sure everything was smooth, and we felt truly looked after. The hotel facilities are wonderful, the rooms are amazing, and every request we’ve had—whether an extra bed or storing additional luggage—has been handled promptly and with care. We truly appreciate the above-and-beyond service so far. Highly recommend this hotel!

We recently stayed at the Mövenpick Hotel Cairo-Media City and had a wonderful experience from start to finish. The rooms were always clean, modern, and kept beautifully cool, which was perfect for escaping the hot weather outside. The entire hotel felt comfortable and welcoming throughout our stay.
One of the highlights of our trip was the staff. Everyone was polite, professional, and incredibly helpful at all times. A special thank you goes to Mo at La Terezza, who was kind, personable, and genuinely welcoming every single day. Even when he was busy, he always took the time to stop and chat with us, making us feel valued and at home during our stay.
We would also like to mention Magdy by the pool, who was fantastic and attentive to all our needs. It was the small thoughtful touches that really stood out — he paid attention to exactly how we liked our sun beds arranged. I like to keep my face in the shade while my body stays in the sun, and Magdy made sure it was set up perfectly every day without even needing to ask again. That level of attention and care really made a difference.
The entertainment around the hotel was very enjoyable, and the sushi restaurant on site was absolutely delicious. The pool area itself was excellent, especially the lovely 60cm deep “river” surrounding the inner pool, which was so relaxing to float around in.
Although we only paid for breakfast, we were extremely impressed by the variety available each morning. There was a huge spread catering to all tastes, from local breakfast dishes to pancakes, French toast, and porridge. There was also an excellent selection of fresh fruits, pastries, jams, and much more.
Thank you again to all the staff at the Mövenpick Hotel Cairo Media City for making our stay so memorable, and especially to Mo and Magdy for their exceptional kindness and hospitality. We truly appreciated everything you did for us and look forward to returning in the future.

I had a truly wonderful stay at the Mövenpick Hotel Cairo-Media City.
The hotel itself is beautiful, very comfortable, and offers a great atmosphere. The facilities, cleanliness, food, and overall service were all excellent and made our stay extremely enjoyable.
What really made the difference, however, was the professionalism and kindness of the management team. I would especially like to thank Ahmed, the Front Office Manager, for his support and dedication regarding a reservation issue I experienced. Him and his team were attentive, understanding, and truly went above and beyond to help and support us throughout the situation.
Their professionalism, responsiveness, and genuine care perfectly reflect the high standards of the hotel. Experiences like this are what make guests want to come back again.

An absolutely amazing stay from start to finish! The hotel was beautiful, spotless, and incredibly comfortable, with everything you could possibly need. The staff were outstanding — friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help, which really made the experience special.
A special mention has to go to the La Terazza restaurant. The food was absolutely delicious and clearly cooked with so much care and attention. Every meal was a pleasure, and the restaurant staff were just as wonderful — professional, warm, and attentive.
Overall, everything was perfect. I couldn’t fault a single thing and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for an amazing, relaxing stay. I will definitely be returning!
