A very, very bad experience on July 24, 2026. The engineer present, Abdel Ghaffar, has no respect for the customer or the pre-booked maintenance appointment. He raises his voice and speaks disrespectfully. The purpose of an appointment is to organize time and respect the queue, not to let cars in randomly. It’s unacceptable that I have a booked appointment and they are working on my car, then they take it out and let in cars that just arrived. When I objected to this behavior, the engineer raised his voice and threw things on the desk. The height of disrespect and rudeness.
