I can’t thank Dr. Hanaa Qassem enough for the care and support she gave me throughout my delivery experience. Even though I started seeing her late in my pregnancy, she truly became like a second mother to me during one of the most vulnerable times of my life. She is incredibly kind, patient, and emotionally intelligent. She understood my sensitive personality and always treated me with gentleness, respect, and reassurance instead of pressure or judgment.

What made the biggest difference for me was how much she respected my birth plan and personal boundaries. She didn’t just listen to my concerns — she actually added extra touches and accommodations to make me feel even more comfortable, safe, and emotionally secure during delivery. That level of empathy is very rare.

I also want to deeply thank the doula, Shorouk, who was an amazing source of comfort and emotional support. Her calming presence and encouragement made the experience much easier for me.

I genuinely feel lucky that they were part of my birth journey, and I’ll always remember how supported and understood they made me feel. Love u dr hanaa, shorouk ❤️
