I had a very disappointing experience with this store.

I purchased two dresses for my daughters, and I wanted to exchange one of them because we later realized it wasn’t suitable for the event. I returned to the store the next morning, well within 24 hours, to exchange the dress, not to request a refund.

The dress itself was in perfect condition. The only issue was that one of the transparent hanging straps had come loose from the hanger, which is not part of the actual dress and can naturally happen while the dress is hanging on the hanger.

Instead of treating me with respect, I was accused of lying. They claimed the dress had been worn, cut, and even stitched, which is completely false. The dress was 100% intact, and these accusations were both unfair and insulting.

As a customer, I expected honesty, professionalism, and respectful communication. Unfortunately, I experienced the exact opposite.

I hope no other customer has to go through such an upsetting experience.

The dress was 100% intact. All that happened was that the transparent plastic strap for hanging it on the hanger came undone while I was carrying it into the store. This strap isn’t part of the dress, and it’s normal for it to come undone under the weight of the dress on the hanger.

Instead of being treated respectfully, they accused me of lying, claiming the dress was torn and had been sewn, and that it had been worn. This is completely untrue. The dress was 100% intact, and these accusations were lies. I was shocked by what they said.

I expected respect for the customer and professional service, but unfortunately, the opposite happened.

I hope no one else has to go through this experience.
