Frustrating experience, unprofessional and did not finish the job cause they cannot do it and they didn’t inform me they can’t do it and made me pay for a service that im gonna re do it in another place, after i left the steering wheel is rotated and the car goes right real bad

An incredibly disappointing and unprofessional experience. The staff seemed entirely focused on extracting extra money rather than performing the jobs they were already hired to do. Even after paying an amount in tips nearly equal to the initial service fee, the final quality of work was highly unsatisfactory. I cannot recommend this business.

Very disappointing experience.
It’s really a pity to see how a few employees can damage the image a company has worked so hard to build.
I have been a customer for years and even brought my entire family to this branch. Between us we have more than 11 cars, all serviced here for tyres and batteries since this location opened.
Unfortunately, that is going to stop now.
For three days in a row I came to the branch trying to fix a tyre issue. Every time there was a different excuse. Yesterday I asked clearly: Should I wait or should I come back later? The staff told me to leave and come back.
When I returned, they simply said the car had gone out to serve another customer.
When I complained after already wasting three days, one of the senior staff told me:
“What can we do for you? Go find another place.”
When I asked to speak with management, someone came out of the office and promised to send a service car to my home to fix the tyre.
Surprise: no call, no car, no apology.
This was the last time I visit this branch. After years of loyalty and recommending this place to my whole family, we will now move all our cars elsewhere.
