Worst receptionist. Rude and arrogant. Don’t recommend it at all

I recently had a very disappointing experience at this car service center. One of the employees I dealt with had a very unprofessional attitude and seemed completely uninterested in helping customers. Communication was extremely poor—he lacked basic customer service skills and gave vague, dismissive responses instead of clear explanations.

The pricing for car check-ups was also unreasonably high, with no proper justification. When I asked for a breakdown or reason for the costs, the only response I received was a careless “keda” (“just like that”), which is unacceptable.

To make matters worse, the main engine check-up service wasn’t even available. I was told to go to a different, specialized service center for that. This raises a serious question—what exactly is the purpose of this place if they can’t perform essential diagnostics?

Overall, the experience was frustrating and a complete waste of time. I would not recommend this service center based on the lack of professionalism, poor communication, and unjustified pricing.

The team was cheerful and helpful.
And the products met the good reputation.
I tried the sailun tyres and i had a very good experience overall
