smouha’s branch (النقل و الهندسة) is really bad. The staff was not professional. They favor customers over others and serve them first. I waited 90 minutes though I was promised only waiting time 30 minutes. And the girl who did my padicure hurt my toe badly that I had to put a bandage and couldn’t step directly on my toes for 2 days. This is the first time this had ever happened in any salon I ever visited. One of the worst experiences for me!
