The worst bank I’ve ever dealt with. I waited two and a half hours, and I had appointments. When I asked the customer service manager about the delay, he said if I was in a hurry, I should book a number for tomorrow.

The worst branch… My number was R47, and I waited for over two hours, and in the end, they were at number 38, even though when I picked up the form, they were at number 36.
