This is one of the oldest NBE branches in Egypt. It has historical heritage, it’s antique and it’s been there ever since the British colonization in the early 20th century.

Worst service I have ever encountered in my life, employees are not keen to help the customers and having bad attitude. The manager does not want to do his job and just want complicating things and asking unnecessary documents that other branches of the same bank have never asked for it.
If you visit this branch to do simple transcation, expect to waste your entire day and most likely it may end up without getting your transcation done. They never respect the customer privacy and have never heared about the customer rights.
