I would like to extend my sincere thanks to National Egypt for organizing my pilgrimage to Makkah. The overall experience was very good, and I especially want to thank Esraa from the Alexandria branch for her excellent support and for facilitating smooth communication with the company throughout the journey.
I would also like to express my appreciation to National Egypt team in Saudi Arabia for their efforts and organization. However, I have a few observations that I hope will be considered and addressed in future seasons. In particular, the services provided by the Motawaf (Al Rajhi) could be improved, especially regarding cleanliness standards and the quality of meals provided in Arafat, Muzadalfa and Mina.
Thank you once again for your dedication, and I wish you continued success in serving pilgrims in the years to come.

One of the most professional companies in terms of organization, meticulousness, and refined service.
The supervision is characterized by a high degree of excellence in dealing with the guests of God, providing complete facilitation for the company’s pilgrims and responding quickly to their requests.
The company’s management is well-organized in booking hotels and arranging the pilgrims’ check-in to their rooms without any obstacles or delays.
The services provided by the company’s management are extremely professional, from the distinguished reception at Cairo Airport to the transfer from the arrival airport to the hotel.
I would like to thank them for the special services they provided during the Hajj season 1447, which were provided professionally in both the luxurious Arafat camps and Kadana
I would like to thank everyone who contributed to this success, headed by the Chairman of the Board of Directors of the company and all the supervisory
team
I especially thank Ms. Israa from the Alexandria office, who provided me with full support and assistance before traveling and even returning from Hajj

A truly outstanding Hajj experience with National Egypt tours, Everything was organized professionally, and the staff were helpful, caring, and responsive throughout the journey. The accommodations, transport, and overall arrangements exceeded expectations. Thank you for making this spiritual journey comfortable and memorable.

This company is highly unprofessional and deeply misleading. We booked and paid for 5-star hotels, but they put us in terrible 4-star accommodations with atrocious management. The staff only shows up when there are cameras filming.
The luggage transportation from Medina to Mecca was an absolute joke. I was forced to go down and fetch my own bags from the hotel garage. Moving luggage from the hotel in Mecca to the Jeddah airport was equally disastrous; we arrived before our bags did, even though they had taken them the night before in trucks loaded with everyone’s luggage. Everyone had to hunt down and grab their own bags. Since I was traveling alone, I had to carry everything myself, which was exhausting and left me with severe arm pain.
As for the Arafat camps, they were unhygienic and completely disorganized. A power cable cut out, and when the electricity finally came back on, only one side of the AC units worked. It was stifling hot inside the tents.
This failed, incompetent company is entirely untrustworthy. They completely ignored the power outage and didn’t care to fix the maintenance issues or the bathrooms. Save your money and avoid them.

This company stands out as a premier provider for Hajj pilgrimage services. My recent Hajj journey with them was exceptionally satisfactory, marked by professionalism and genuine enthusiasm from their team. Their commitment to service and fostering a welcoming atmosphere created a truly positive experience. I wholeheartedly recommend their services.
