Forced to stop as part of ‘tour’, biggest scammers. They showed us one thing in the store and then sell you something else. All sweet talk but they ‘pour and package’ the perfume behind your back and just hurry you up to pay, so you cannot see them pouring diluted stuff and also giving you wrong products. Also it happened to not just one but 4 other people that bought their ‘natural mask’ and specifically asked for that number, to be given something else. Also one of the other people had some sort of skin reaction to one perfume. They inflate the prices as well, claiming it’s all natural but give you something diluted back home and rush you out so you have no time to check. Great advice? Wait til you get back and buy from another place. Found a lot of great stores with good prices and actually sweet and great staff, with REAL natural and high quality products.

Yo dude that runs this is the homey. Recognized me from 4 years ago, knows 5 languages and is extremely knowledgeable about the process refining oils, uses, occult wisdom, etc. makes some bomb chai also.
I bought hella scents to give as gifts. Honestly gotta say this is a must stop place in Cairo.

I am extremely disappointed with this place! Disgusting attitude from the staff and the perfume oils are heavily diluted. I recommend the store in Sharm El Sheikh – it might be a bit more expensive, but the scents are incredible! Also, the fragrance from this store is drastically different from the one in Sharm El Sheikh.

Tourist trap where you probably end up as part of some tour. They made us believe we were going to the pyramids but ended up here with some guy trying to sell his perfumes and oils. We walked out pretty quickly after saying multiple times we’re not going to buy anything.
They are very aggressive and forced their perfumes on us to smell even if we told them we didn’t like the smell. Then when they discovered we were really not going to buy perfume they tried to sell some natural oil too.
In the end we had to walk out and tell them multiple times we are not interested and to leave us alone. All with all a very unpleasant and uncomfortable experience.
This is more a general note about Egypt but in general we feel like we would’ve bought more if prices were fairer to begin with and the salespeople would be less aggressive. It seems to be Egyptian culture but it made us think twice before entering a store and if we did we often ended up walking out without purchasing anything.
