Extreme negligence in reselling.
I bought two units from them, and when I tried to resell them due to personal circumstances, the service was terrible. There was no plan, no follow-up, and the sales manager didn’t answer his phone. It was utter negligence. Even though they’re the ones marketing the building, there are still unsold units left, and they’ll keep you waiting until they sell theirs first.
I absolutely do not recommend reselling with them or through them.
