Unfortunately, my experience was below my expectations. There seems to be a serious issue with appointment scheduling and time management.
I had booked an appointment for a HydraFacial, but I waited for more than 30 minutes and the specialist still had not arrived. After waiting for nearly an hour in total, I eventually had to leave. The receptionist then called me after I had left to inform me that the specialist had finally arrived.
I understand that delays can happen, but appointments should not be accepted if the team cannot commit to the scheduled time or at least provide a realistic timeframe. Clientو
Unfortunately, this experience wasted my time and was very disappointing.
