There was medicine that I could not find, and I went to all the pharmacies in Al-Rehab, but it was of no use.
I asked him about it at Dr. Pharmacy. Nermin, within 24 hours, I found them calling me and sending me medicine at home.
Respectful people with good taste in dealing.
The worst experience I’ve ever had with Dr. Narmin’s Pharmacy in the old commercial market in Rehab, especially with Dr. Sarah Kamel… Her service was awful… and unfortunately, they lack the basics and culture of customer service… They act like they’re in a fight, and whose word is law… A good doctor doesn’t necessarily have to be skilled in managing and dealing directly with customers; they might be medically skilled but lack the necessary skills… I’m appalled by their way of dealing with and speaking to customers, and how they resolve customer problems—a completely uncivilized and unprofessional approach.
Upon reviewing the views on the pharmacy’s Facebook page, I discovered customer complaints regarding professional ethics.
Here, the advantage always lies with large pharmacies backed by a reputable company that knows how to manage effectively, selects its employees to represent its name and reputation, and prioritizes customer satisfaction. They should also have a hotline for complaints. I advise against dealing with this pharmacy, especially since it’s not the only one in the market. Sorry for the long message, but I wanted to share my experience and advise my neighbors. Thank you.
