Neurosurgery Hospital Neuro Espitalia

This was one of the worst hospital experiences I have ever had. The charges were extremely expensive and did not match the quality of care and services provided. For the amount they charge, I expected much better treatment and professionalism.

Everything was painfully slow. The admission process, getting updates, receiving treatment, and even getting responses from staff took far longer than it should have. When patients need help, delays can be very stressful and dangerous.

What shocked me the most was the attitude of the medical team. They seemed completely unresponsive and showed very little concern for patients. At one point, I even heard a doctor tell the nursing staff, “The patient is not my problem now, see whose problem she is now.” Hearing something like that about a patient was disturbing and heartbreaking.

The medical team also appeared to ignore important medical history and prescribed medications that could have been dangerous for the patient. Patient safety should always come first, and this level of negligence is unacceptable.

I only gave 1 star because there is no option to give 0 stars.

Beware they will mislead you, take every penny you have and mistreat the patient. They are a terrible hospital who only care about money.

Find better care if you want to survive and recover.
