I booked a last-minute prenatal massage & the booking through WhatsApp was quick and easy, which I appreciated. I payed a total of 2500 for 50 minutes.
The massage itself was pretty good not gonna lie. The therapist was Thai and strong. They provided a pregnancy pillow so i could lay on the side comfortably.
But overall, the experience didn’t feel relaxing the way a spa should. During the massage, the oil bottle kept making an empty pumping sound right next to my ears, which was really annoying. Also the lights were left on the whole time — even after I mentioned it — so I had to cover my eyes myself (usually spas place a small towel on your eyes or dim the lights completely).
The room also needs maintenance. The paint was peeling from humidity (probably from the hammam next door), and I could clearly hear two women chatting in the waiting/relaxation , which is weirdly placed right at the entrance of the massage room area, the entire time. It didn’t feel private or peaceful.
There were also no clear instructions from reception. No one explained the changing process or the robe situation — I had to figure it out myself. After the massage, I wasn’t offered water or tea and wasn’t told what to do next. It just felt unorganized and awkward.
The massage was good, but the overall management, cleanliness, privacy, and attention to detail need improvement.

My friends and I had an amazing experience. The environment was clean, relaxing, and beautifully maintained. The staff was welcoming, and the massage therapists were highly skilled and professional. I’ll definitely be returning and recommending this place to others.

Absolutely horrible and dirty!
At the end of what I was hoping was going to be a luxurious and rejuvenating experience, I was seriously disappointed and refused to pay the prices they were asking!
While I waited for the front desk girl to get a hold to a manager via phone I decided to read the reviews about this place!
Every problem I had incurred others had incurred too!
Cold jacuzzi,
Rushed Moroccan bath,
The door for the steam room wouldn’t close!
I also encountered some other problems..
1- I had confirmed via telephone and WhatsApp that I wanted sugar waxing on my legs and armpits.
When I got in the room the lady was refusing to sugar wax me telling me there was no sugar wax. The lady tried to just put the strip waxing on my legs and forced me to try it telling me that “it was so beautiful!”
Of course, I refused and I grabbed my phone to text the front desk and ask them what was going on the lady quickly left the room and came back with some sugar wax…
It took her 45 minutes to wax my legs and my armpits and she left about 30% of the hair on my body 😢
There was also a pile of someone else’s used wax strips sitting on the counter next to all the waxing equipment!
🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮
I get sugar waxed a lot and it’s usually pretty fast and simple with great results..
I have no idea why this took so long or why there’s so much hair left on my legs.. It’s crazy!
Unlike others before me I refused to pay and wait for the manager to refund me the money!
I waited for about an hour and a half for the manager to be contacted via phone..
I was threatening to leave without paying and we can sort out the details later!
The manager was quickly on the phone after that!
The manager basically told me all of these problems are new to her she never heard anything about them though there are many reviews saying the same thing I said!
She also told me that no one got stripped waxed that day, though I had a photo to prove what I was saying!
I went on a Friday and the facility was relatively empty I only saw one other person… Though they were bathrobes and garbage all over the bathroom and random long black hairs everywhere..
I really felt like I was going to a place in the ghetto 🤦♀️
I went into this place an the first question I asked is if they sold memberships!
I was really hoping this was going to be my go-to place!
They offered for me to come back and get sugar waxed again!
Of course I refused!
I don’t have a lot of time to waste and I’m not going back to waste even more time!
In the end the manager took off the price of the waxing.
She also offered to take off 10% of the Moroccan bath price…
But here’s the thing, I went to pay I saw on the pricing list that the Moroccan back was for 50 minutes!
There was no way that that lady scrubbed me for 50 minutes!
The owner told me that because I got into the jacuzzi in the sauna that takes up 15 minutes of my Moroccan bath time!
What the actual 🤬?!?!?!!!?
It doesn’t say anything about that on the posted price list!
They market these two as “complementary” they don’t tell you that they’re taking away from your scrubbing time!
I agreed that we should take off 20% of the Moroccan bath because I didn’t receive 20% of the time 🤷🏼♀️
What a disaster this place is!!!!!!!!
Anyway, in the end of all of this, I would just suggest two things,
1-Don’t go here!!! it’s a waste of time and money!
2-if you do go here and you’re unsatisfied with your service don’t pay the money, Wait to talk to the manager and sort it out with her first!

The spa has a convenient location in New Cairo and is easy to reach, but unfortunately, my overall experience didn’t live up to the high price point (over 3,000 EGP for one massage).
Massage experience:
My husband booked me with a masseuse named Daisy, but when I arrived, I was given another masseuse called Apple. No one informed me of the change, and when I asked Apple where Daisy was, she just said she didn’t know. Communication was very difficult as Apple spoke almost no English, which made it hard to explain my needs. Her technique felt very basic and generic—she didn’t adjust to my body or focus on trigger points. The leg and arm massage was okay, but the back massage was poor and felt inexperienced.
Facilities:
The jacuzzi before the massage was fine, but most of the water streams were very weak—only one was strong. There was also a complete lack of guidance or instructions (e.g., where to change, what to bring, where to leave personal items).
Customer service:
When I raised my concern at the reception about being booked with one masseuse and given another, the response was dismissive: “If you told me, I could have changed her.” But I did tell the masseuse, and nothing was done. That’s not the level of service I’d expect at this price.
Overall:
The spa itself shows some wear and tear, the service is not up to standard, and the massage quality didn’t justify the cost. I’ve had much better experiences in Cairo for less. Three stars only because of the convenient location and okay facilities. Otherwise, definitely overpriced.
