The hospital is nicely equipped, my dog has been diagnosed with cancer and had some sessions there , they care abt pets and handle it with care and love especially Abdel Azeem , Abdel rahman and Dr. Rawan Gad

Very good place, very experienced staff, good service, Hospital, grooming and hostal, they have day care or stay over, also they sell fresh food.
Captain Samir is a professional dog trainer. also Ibrahim one of the best.

We found a kitten with a broken leg. We called before going to the center and explained the case and were told to come whenever starting 9 am. When we arrived, we were told the x-ray wasn’t working and the kitten needed an x-ray. They didn’t offer to get her looked at by a doctor. When we mentioned the call, the reception girl went to double check and came back with nothing. We pushed back that we at least wanted to see a doctor. The doctor mentioned the x ray thing again. We told her to just look at her at least. She was decent once she looked at her, but there was only so much she could do. Wouldn’t recommend since they can’t even inform their call center with what is and isn’t available.
