Khaled at the restaurant made the whole experience of breakfast dining very comfortable. His attention to detail was impeccable.
The buffet spread is lovely.
Fatima bakes the most amazing fluffy Egyptian bread by hand which is best enjoyed with Foul beans.

This is a hotel I visit every time I come to Cairo.
The breakfast here is really diverse and delicious.
In particular, the bread baked in the tandoor oven and the juice in pretty bottles are my absolute favorites.
The staff here are always kind and strive to be helpful. Ramadan, who helped us today, made our stay even better with his prompt service and appropriate support.

We had the best experience at Night & Day restaurant! Our group was treated to abundant choices of beautifully presented salads, desserts and main entrees. So much care and attention to detail everywhere we looked! We felt celebrated and honored in such an elegant and joyful atmosphere. 🙏🏼 Chef Ahmed Rabie made the most delicious Kofta and chicken dishes! We really wanted to experience Egyptian food and hospitality and we did! The whole team made it an unforgettable evening. We highly recommend!

I had such a good experience in night and day Semiramis. Mr. Ahmed, Ms. Omnia, the lady who makes the baladi bread and all of the staff were very hospital and kind.
The food was served hot, different plates from western and eastern dishes.
Thank you for the great service and delicious food.
Edit: the restaurant also offers Meshltat that is very delicious with Tahina and molasses. Mr.Nashat is such a kind person who served us through the whole breakfast experience.
