Perfect stay in Cairo! Great zone – safe, quiet and green, really close to the center. Room was big and confortable, with a nice view over the river. But the best part was the breakfast, served until 12:00. We had a lot of options, huge buffet with delicious daily cooked things.

Made a booking gia Agoda to this for Garden view with balcony room only to arrive there and be given the worst possible rooms! No windows, bad smell & barely any air. Complaint to management which in return, after 45 minutes visit, said he will give us an upgrade although out booking was de Deluxe option…the upgraded rooms had windows but room way smaller with views straight on the AC unit.
Once again we raised this with the management & they gave us the option to upgrade at own on cost.
What was offered was exactly the rooms we initially booked !! Decided in the end to leave & find another place.
PS: still waiting refund !

A nice place to stay if you’re visiting Cairo. The rooms are clean & comfortable, although not too luxurious. Do get the rooms facing the gardens, as the rooms facing the river tend to get a bit noisy from the road nearby. If you come in the winter season, bring some slippers as the room floors tend to get cold as they’re not carpeted. The food is okay, nothing too extraordinary.
The lobby is in the 2nd floor, so don’t get confused when entering the building. The elevators are only working upstairs but not downstairs.
The location is quite calm, compared to most areas in Cairo as it is in the protected area of the foreign embassies. So there’s not much around the building, but there are some shops nearby within 5-10 minutes walking distance if you need anything. Also, you can get a nice boat ride nearby, across the street in front of the Four Seasons hotel for 200-250LE per hour (sometimes more expensive so you need to bargain).
The price is quite cheap for a 2-3 star hotel. But they could do better in terms of services.

Room is clean and nicely furnished but a bit small. The bathroom is fine yet the shower cabin is so tight you’d hardly be able to make any “maneuvers” inside it!
I booked a Nile view room. Turned out it’s not exactly “Nile” view. You see a bridge crossing the river and tall trees by the river bank hiding the river itself. instead of enjoying the water stream, all you’d enjoy all day long is the never-ending traffic stream!
So I’d recommend the garden view which overlooks a nice garden, the four seasons building and a much quieter street. And is a bit cheaper as well.
Breakfast is ok. Not much variety specially if you prefer healthy food but does it’s job of making you feel full for the morning.
Staff is very helpful and welcoming. There was a problem with the water heater and they fixed it the next day and offered me to take a shower in another vacant room till it gets repaired.
Hotel is located in an upscale area of Cairo beside the four seasons hotel and some embassies and near all sorts of public transport so you won’t have any hard time moving around.

Pros: Clean room, nice staff they try their best to help you, price is affordable, the location is perfect. Food is nice.
Cons: elevator is hard to get. Water heater at the bathroom was not working and they couldn’t fix till the day of my departure. They offered me another room with a working heater but my room location was perfect so I sacrificed the hot shower for the room location.
