Honestly, after some really bitter experiences at other places, I was hesitant to try somewhere new. but Nine Psychology changed everything for me from the very first session.
the difference is night and day. the staff is so genuinely kind and they make you feel right at home. the place is also super clean and has such a warm, cozy vibe it’s the first time I’ve ever felt truly comfortable and safe in a therapy space. Soooo grateful I found this gem.

I went to nine therapy consistently for about it a year. It was such a transformative experience. I worked with Dr Shahirra Galal whom I recommend highly. I have become a much more grounded, confident, and compassionate person after this experience and I am so grateful.
The staff were always lovely and friendly, and they were easy to contact on WhatsApp. Policies were always explained very clearly. The space was also incredibly calming.

The staff are kind, the place is always clean, i tried sessions with dr. Ashraf, dr. Norhan el araby, dr. Hana and they are all professional and understand what i say and they always gave me the appropriate guidance through my journey…..
Don’t listen to the bad reviews PLEASE try them first (because before nine psychology i went to 6 different doctors and they were not as good as nine psychology i swear to god)

I am seriously appalled by the accusations. I am a client who has been regularly going to nine psychology for over 8 years now and I can honestly say this place is one of the most professional, decent places I have ever seen in my life. I don’t understand social media reviews and why they are trying to bring down a place that helped/helps so many! This is my honest review. I find the clinic to be extremely clean. I like the staff. I take sessions with Nahla, a clinical psychologist there and my therapist for 8 years as well. So please be careful when you read such reviews.
