Excellent and fast service

Very poor service and customer service. They have my car since the 16th of June waiting for the warranty approval for fixing a water leak.
I tried following up to check about the status of the approval but with no response from them and after 13 days I had to go to them to find out that they already have the approval. But now they dont have the spare part and now I have to wait again. Since the 16th of June the car is parked out side the service center in the sun full of dust. I definitely dont recommend El Saba.

Nice show room, i do appreciate the presentation of Mr ahmed eid where he has explained with full details the options for all the available vehicles in Nissan show room.

The new waiting area is very nice. Has a cafe and a children’s play area. I wish they would not allow smoking!
The engineer was very helpful in explaining everything.
The only negative thing is it’s location is complicated.
Also, they are late for appointments.

People are friendly, car takes 3 hours for the regular 10,000 km check. Free hot drinks and a spacious waiting area. Not the best but does the job. Front desk receptionists are a bit unintelligent.
