Very poor quality, representative pretending that they are busy all the time to waste your time although they are free.

The first answer for any request from the customer is “Not available” or “try again and report us next time”.

Not all spare parts are available. I’m wondering if the agency has no spare parts, where the customers can get the required spares? And why the center is acting as an agent?
