Norma is one of the best Italian restaurants I’ve visited. The food was absolutely delicious, with authentic flavors and excellent quality in every dish. The atmosphere was warm and inviting, making the whole experience even more enjoyable.
A special thanks to Hesham, who provided outstanding service throughout our visit. He was friendly, attentive, professional, and made sure everything was perfect from start to finish. His hospitality truly made our dining experience memorable.
Highly recommended, and I’ll definitely be coming back!

Had a wonderful experience at Norma Park Street. The food was excellent, and the pizza and pasta was especially delicious.
The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, particularly Zahran and Hesham, who provided outstanding service throughout our visit. They went the extra mile by surprising my wife with a small birthday cake, which made her special day even more memorable.
Thank you to the entire team for the great food, warm hospitality, and thoughtful gesture. We will definitely be coming back! 😊

I don’t live in egypt but whenever i come to visit i enjoy going to different restaurants. This was recommend to me and it did not disappoint our waiters name was Ahmed Samir and he was absolutely amazing he recommended everything we ended up ordering and it was just perfect. Give this man a raise or something he deserves it. ❤️❤️

I visited Norma on April 12th with my family. We were 7 adults and a 4-year-old and had a fantastic experience from start to finish.
We began with appetizers and every dish was excellent. The Aubergine Melanzane Fritte is an absolute must-try, perfectly crispy and flavorful. The Insalata Norma and Caesar Classico were also fresh and well-balanced.
For mains, we ordered a couple of pizzas. The Salsiccia Piccante and the Rosemary Chicken. The Rosemary Chicken, topped with caramelized onions, was a standout and is now one of my favorite pizza combinations.
The pasta selection was just as impressive. The Rigatoni Rissi e Burrata was rich and satisfying, while the Pappardelle ai Funghi Cremosi is a must if you enjoy truffle. The Casarecce con Vitello was incredibly creamy with thin, tender slices of beef. We also had the Pollo alla Milanese, a great option if you’re looking for something lighter and higher in protein, and the Aubergine Parmigiana, which was comforting and delicious.
A special mention goes to Ahmed, our host for the day. He was incredibly kind, attentive, and efficient. His service truly elevated the entire experience and the reason why I left this review. You will be lucky to have him taking care of your table.
Overall, this is definitely one of my favorite dining spots in Zayed and I will absolutely be coming back.
