Excellent location, great value for money

The place has a charming classical architectural style and offers a beautiful view at a reasonable price. The staff are also kind and welcoming, which is a positive aspect of the stay.
However, cleanliness is a major issue. The rooms and bathrooms are not clean, and the beds had dust and even insects. The bathroom is external, which may not be convenient for everyone, especially in winter. Additionally, the water heater was not working during cold weather, which made the stay uncomfortable.
Overall, the place has great potential and could be truly beautiful if more attention were given to cleanliness and maintenance.
