Very disappointing experience. I traveled a long distance specifically for this appointment, booked via WhatsApp and informed them it was my first visit to their clinic. They gave zero instructions beforehand, kept me waiting with no explanation, and showed complete lack of organization and professionalism. Expected much better from an aesthetic clinic. Would not recommend and will not be returning.
