Our experience with this clinic has been nothing short of a nightmare. We initially visited through a Waffaha deal for a cleaning and check-up. Right away, there were red flags—they quoted one price but tried to demand more just as the appointment was finishing. We gave them the benefit of the doubt because the treatment seemed okay and they agreed to a small discount after we raised our concerns.

Later, my mother decided to proceed with them for a full set of veneers and five crowns. We specifically asked for a quote that included everything to avoid any surprise charges. We were told it would be 300,000 EGP, which was within our budget. However, during the implant process, they suddenly claimed she needed an additional implant costing 30,000 EGP—this was demanded while my mother was in surgery. Completely unethical.

Three months later, when it was time to place the crowns, they hit us again with a surprise charge of 10,600 EGP, insisting it was separate from the original implant cost. We consulted with ten other dentists who confirmed that implants always include the crown. After back and forth and showing the written cost breakdown from Dr. Hany himself, he finally agreed to finish the work. Honestly, I wish he hadn’t. The final result was extremely poor. Instead of completing the job professionally, he hastily stuck the temporary bridge back in with almost no adhesive. None of the crowns were properly screwed in.

To make things worse, six months later, we still haven’t received any official medical report, yet they had the audacity to message us asking for more money. This entire experience has been manipulative, greedy, and incredibly unprofessional.

We now realize we were drastically overcharged—likely because they knew we weren’t locals. They took advantage of our lack of familiarity with local prices, charging us at least 60–70% more than average.

Avoid this clinic at all costs. They care far more about money than they do about ethical treatment or patient care. They are not honest, not transparent, and certainly not professional. Don’t make the same mistake we did.

ILLEGAL…! Today I bring my daughter here. After doctor check and payment, they refused to give any invoice. After long discussion with two receptionists, they give me “medical report” and “counter number” as invoice. I told them stamp it at least and they refused. They said they are just doing favors to doctor and doctor does not work for them !!!!. Complete cheating place and illegal without invoice.
