I ordered something that was supposed to take a month to finish, but I received it after two and a half months. And in the end, the work wasn’t the best, unfortunately. The chief engineer did lower the price, but overall, the service wasn’t the best at all.

I’m truly grateful for this place and their kindness. Even though they usually work only on bulk, B2B projects, they agreed to make one single custom wooden piece just for me — and that meant so much.
When I told them it was a gift for a friend, they understood its importance and treated it with care. The final piece turned out beautiful, and I loved it.
Thank you sincerely — this kind gesture won’t be forgotten. Thank you so much Dr Abd El Aziz, I truly appreciate it! 😊
