I recommend October Clinic to anyone looking for a hospital with comprehensive care. It has a high level of cleanliness and care.
I would like to especially thank Ms. Mariam Makhlouf, who reassured me before my surgery and was with me. She is, by the way, the head nurse in charge.
And Ms. Karima Ragab, the most dedicated and excellent nurse, and the kindest and most gentle person you could ever meet.
And Dr. Aya Ahmed, who is incredibly attentive and excellent at her job despite her young age, followed up with me after my surgeries and contributed significantly to my speedy recovery from two procedures performed by the wonderful Dr. Basma Sabra, a very skilled gynecologist. May God bless her; she embodies the highest levels of professionalism and ethics—a doctor who is truly a human being.
I also want to thank Dr. Aya Mohamed Abu Zeid, the anesthesiologist, who is the most compassionate doctor. I truly felt reassured with her. And, of course, I want to mention, in all honesty, that I had a complaint about a shift I was on with one of the doctors and nurses—there’s no need to mention their names—but the hospital responded to my complaint. I received excellent care and attention afterward, and thank God for my recovery.
A terrible hospital.
The nursing staff is awful and completely useless.
They don’t give people a bill, which is proof of fraud.
I don’t recommend anyone go to this awful hospital.
The worst hospital, the worst experience, and the worst nursing staff in any hospital in the world.
Reckless people with absolutely no sense of responsibility, care, or service.

The nursing service in the emergency room was poor and cold.
The only good thing, with good service and kind treatment, was Dr. Marwan Al-Rahwan.
